Real Estate Asset Management Jobs

The Asset Manager is responsible for assessing options and opportunities to maximize return on real estate investments, as well as the overall value of the company’s real estate portfolio and financial assets. The Asset Manager formulates long term strategies, policies and processes to maximize returns, and is responsible for recommending and implementing development, acquisition or disposition of real estate, or restructuring of the loan portfolio. Fund management and strategy can also fall within this career category. The Asset Manager acts as the owner's representative to formulate and implement the business plan objectives and approves budgets for each property in the real estate portfolio, creating strategies to increase property values.
